Spicy Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    3 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
    4 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. tarragon
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large saucepan. Stir in meat, garlic and onion, cooking until meat is no longer pink. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce flame and simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
