Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tubes Pillsbury crescent rolls
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. \"Philly\" cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing (dry mix)
    fresh finely chopped veggies: broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, mushrooms, olives, etc.
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Spread crescent rolls on one large cookie sheet and bake per package instructions.
    Cool.
    Beat the cream cheese, sour cream and dry dressing mix together until smooth.
    Spread filling over cooled biscuit base and top with fresh, finely chopped veggies. Top with finely shredded Cheddar cheese.
