Prime Rib Or Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 roast or prime rib
salt and pepper
garlic powder
brown gravy mix
2 onions
water

Preparation

Put roast in
pan
or
for
the
prime rib, put in meat rack. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Sprinkle some gravy mix
on
top
of
the meat and on the bottom of the pan.
Put onions on and around meat.
Add some water to bottom of pan.
Cook at 325\u00b0 until done.
Add water as needed.
Makes excellent gravy.
