Baked Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, mashed with skin on
    2 c. chopped broccoli
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Spray 13-inch baking pan with Pam or Wesson.
    Cut potatoes in bite-size chunks.
    Mix with broccoli, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for approximately one hour, turning once 1/2 way through cooking time.
    After cooking, toss with cheese.
    Put back in hot oven to melt and serve.
