Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. chopped fresh broccoli
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. biscuit mix
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Lightly grease 10-inch pie plate.
    Cook broccoli in salted water for about five minutes.
    Drain and mix with onion, green pepper and cheese.
    Place in a pie plate.
    Beat mix, milk and eggs until smooth.
    Pour over vegetables in pie plate.
    Bake until golden brown.
    Let stand five minutes before cutting.
