Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fat hen or 1 turkey
    7 c. cornbread crumbs
    2 sticks margarine
    8 c. chicken (add water if needed)
    3 Tbsp. poultry seasoning or sage
    7 c. light bread crumbs
    6 to 8 eggs
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Boil or bake hen or turkey to make broth.
    Mix remaining ingredients with potato masher to break up any large chunks of bread.
    Dot top with another stick margarine and sprinkle with black pepper.
    Bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0 if using a shallow pan.
    If using a deep roaster pan, bake for 1 1/2 hours.
