Onion Shortcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, sliced
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    2 cans creamed corn
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. corn muffin mix
    1 c. sour cream
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Mix corn, egg, milk, cheese and muffin mix.
    Pour into 8-inch square pan.
    Saute onion in margarine until tender.
    Add sour cream, salt and dill weed.
    Spread onion mixture over corn mixture.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese on top.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 425\u00b0.
