Ingredients

5 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter extract
1 (3 oz.) can coconut
Preparation

Beat eggs, gradually adding the sugar.
Mix in the oil. Measure flour, salt and baking powder; mix.
Add the dry ingredients alternately with the milk.
Add remaining ingredients. Bake in greased and floured Bundt or tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Place on rack to cool.
