Prune Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. salad oil
1 (7 3/4 oz.) jar junior size prunes baby food
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground allspice
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Add eggs and oil; beat until well mixed.
Add prunes and nuts; blend well. Spoon batter into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
