Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg
    miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Cook carrots whole, then remove peelings.
    Mix all of ingredients, except marshmallows, in blender.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    The last few minutes, add the miniature marshmallows and let melt.
    Serves 10.
