Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread (any kind)
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 c. grated cheese (your choice)
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Tear up bread and place in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Brown sausage; drain. Spoon over bread. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper together. Pour over mixture in baking dish. Let sit overnight. Bake next morning in preheated 350\u00b0oven for 35 to 45 minutes. Cheese will rise to top during baking. Makes 6 servings.
