Grandma'S Rugalach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 lb. margarine
    3 c. sifted flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup of lukewarm water.
    Melt margarine and cool.
    Sift flour, sugar and salt.
    Combine all ingredients and form a dough.
    Cover bowl and refrigerate for 3 hours (don't refrigerate longer).
    Divide into 8 parts.
    Roll each out in sugar and cinnamon.
    Cut each part into 8 triangle shapes; spread each with filling (jelly, nuts, etc.)
    and roll up.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 on an ungreased cookie sheet for about 15 minutes.
