Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. raw or parboiled potatoes, sliced and quartered
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated cheese (Velveeta)
    3/4 c. finely chopped green pepper and pimento
    1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Stir in flour until well blended.
    Cook and stir in milk slowly; season with salt.
    Cook sauce until smooth and boiling.
    Remove from heat.
    Add cheese, a little at a time.
    Be careful; it may curdle.
    Stir constantly.
    When cheese is melted, add pepper, pimento and olives.
    Grease a 1-quart casserole and fill with alternate layers of potatoes and cheese sauce.
    Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
