Chicken-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. frozen broccoli
    6 chicken breasts, cooked
    3 cans cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    6 Tbsp. sherry
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Arrange cooked broccoli in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cut boned chicken into large bite size pieces and place over broccoli.
    Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and sherry together.
    Pour over broccoli and chicken.
    Sprinkle on cheese, then bread crumbs and drizzle melted butter over the top.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour, until bubbly and very hot.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
    Serves at least 6.
