Oriental Grilled Cornish Hens - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (1 lb. 6 oz.) Cornish hens
2/3 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/3 c. dry sherry
1/4 c. reduced sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp. sesame seed
1 Tbsp. honey
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. ground ginger or 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger root
vegetable cooking spray
Preparation

Remove giblets from hens; reserve for other uses.
Rinse hens with cold water and pat dry.
Split each hen lengthwise, using an electric knife.
Place hens, cavity side up, in a large shallow dish.
Combine next 7 ingredients; pour over hens.
Cover and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight.
