Sour Cream Lima Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. frozen lima beans
2 strips diced raw bacon
1/4 c. minced celery
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Cook beans half the time directed on the package; drain. Reserve 1/4 cup of the broth.
Place bacon in the broth.
Top with beans and cook at low heat until beans are almost tender.
Add celery, onions and salt and cook 5 minutes more.
Stir in sour cream.
Cook until hot, but do not boil.
