Carrot Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. carrots, peeled and diced
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 medium potato, peeled and diced
    3 c. beef broth
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. marjoram
Preparation
    Cook first 4 ingredients over medium heat for 15 minutes. Add beef broth; cook 15 minutes more.
    Add salt, pepper, parsley and marjoram.
    Put in blender and puree.
    Serve.
