Hamburger Crunch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, minced
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
2 soup cans water
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (10 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Preparation

Cook meat and minced onion in shortening until meat loses it's redness. Drain off fat. Add to meat and onion mixture the mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, water and Worcestershire sauce. Pour the mixture into casserole dish and bake 5 minutes at 350\u00b0. Remove and sprinkle can of noodles on top.
Bake in oven 10 minutes longer.
