Soda Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 egg whites
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. finely chopped nuts
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
15 soda crackers, slightly crumbled

Preparation

Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff.
Add sugar a small amount at a time.
Add crackers and nuts.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream.
