Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn meal
    1 c. yellow corn (cream-style)
    1 c. sour cream
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. bell pepper
    1/2 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cheese in usual manner for corn bread.
    Pour half of the mixture into greased baking pan and cover with half grated cheese.
    Add remaining mixture and cover with cheese. Bake at same temperature as you would bake corn bread.
