Ingredients

2 c. cold water
2 c. raspberries (frozen work well)
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. cold water
Preparation

Combine 2 cups cold water, fruit and lemon juice in blender container.
Cover and process on high until smooth.
Strain mixture to remove seeds.
Mix thoroughly with sugar.
Pour into ice cream canister.
Stir in remaining 1 cup of water.
Freeze as directed by ice cream freezer manufacturer.
Makes 1 1/2 quarts. You can substitute strawberries for raspberries.
