Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sheets frozen puff pastry
    8 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    salt and pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    8 slices Swiss cheese
    8 slices boiled ham
Preparation
    Thaw pastry sheets about 20 minutes. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
    Saute in butter about 1 minute on each side.
    Drain, set aside to cool.
