Alberta'S Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
4 c. chicken broth
3/4 c. onion
7 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. flour
3 c. lite cream
1 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. dry sherry
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Chop mushrooms, stock, onions and lemon juice.
Boil.
In another pan melt butter and add flour on high heat.
Add lite cream and then heavy cream, salt and pepper to make a smooth sauce.
Mix all together and add sherry.
Garnish with parsley.
