Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, browned
2 c. cheese
2 Tbsp. flour
2 eggs, beaten well
2 tsp. parsley flakes
5 oz. evaporated milk
onion salt
deep dish pie crust
Preparation

Mix sausage, cheese and flour together.
Put sausage mixture in deep dish pie crust.
Combine beaten eggs with parsley flakes, evaporated milk and onion salt.
Pour egg mixture over it.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
