Broccoli Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 small onion, minced
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    16 Ritz crackers
    butter
Preparation
    Mix soup, mayonnaise, onion, cheese and egg with broccoli. Put into buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Crush crackers and sprinkle crumbs on top.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at
    350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
