3 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 tube refrigerated pizza crust
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. diced bacon, diced
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped sweet red pepper
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
sour cream (optional)
Preparation

Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil; cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until very tender.
