Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz) pkg strawberry Jello
    1 cup boiling water
    1 pkg frozen strawberries
    1 can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup
    1 cup chopped nuts
    2 bananas, sliced crosswise (optional)
Preparation
    Dissolve Jello in boiling water; stir until jello is completely dissolved.
    Add frozen strawberries.
    Stir until completely thawed.
    Add nuts, pineapple and bananas (optional). Stir completely.
    Pour in small glass pyrex dish.
    Refrigerate until congealed.
    Top with Cool Whip and Serve.
