Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. chopped apple
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Mix first 3 ingredients; add sifted dry ingredients.
Add apples and nuts.
Spoon batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done. Cool well before removing from pan.
