California Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) bags California Blend veggies (frozen; broccoli, carrots and cauliflower)
    1 stick butter, cubed
    8 oz. or 1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 round Ritz crackers, crushed (not a whole box, just a fourth)
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. basil
Preparation
    Pour bags of veggies in 13 x 9-inch casserole dish; add in spices, cubed butter and cubed Velveeta. Mix evenly. Pour Ritz crackers on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cover with foil for 30 minutes of time. Then remove foil. Stir. Wait 15 minutes; stir again. Bake 15 more minutes, uncovered. The most delicious way to get your green leafy veggies.
