Sherry'S Snowflake Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 large cans Del Monte fruit cocktail, drained well
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained well
1 box (2 pkg.) Dream Whip
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Using electric mixer, whip both packages of Dream Whip according to package directions increasing milk by one cup.
(Be sure to check date on package to make sure the Dream Whip is fresh.)
Add cream cheese (regular or lite) and sugar.
Fold in fruit cocktail, pineapple and marshmallows.
Pour into large oblong Pyrex dish.
To add color, decorate top with red cherries, drained mandarin oranges, nuts and coconut.
Refrigerate overnight before serving.
