Corn Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 pt. canned corn
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
Preparation

Melt butter; mix with flour and pour milk on gradually.
Bring to boiling point, stirring constantly.
Add corn, seasoning, yolks of eggs (well beaten) and stiffly beaten whites.
Turn into buttered baking dish and bake in moderate oven at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
