Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (9-inch) pie shells
1 lb. bulk sausage
2 c. shredded Colby-Jack cheese
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
Preparation
-
Cook sausage until done.
Divide into pie shells.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over sausage.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
Cook sausage the night before for easy breakfast. Great with bacon, too.
