Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix
    2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    2 cans strawberry pie filling
    1 can crushed pineapple
    2 medium cartons whipped cream
    2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix and bake cake according to directions.
    Cool.
    Mix pudding according to directions; let it become firm.
    Crumble 1/3 of cake in bottom of a punch bowl.
    In this order spoon 1/3 of pudding, 1/3 pie filling and 1/3 whipped cream.
    Repeat this twice.
    Spread whipped cream on top and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
    Refrigerate.
