Sugar-Free Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    3 large ripe bananas, mashed
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. chopped nuts or raisins
    4 pkg. artificial sweetener
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream
    margarine;
    add
    eggs
    and bananas and mix well. Sift flour,
    soda and sweetener twice.
    Add to banana mixture and blend well.
    Add nuts.
    Turn batter into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch
    loaf pan.
    Bake
    at 300\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
