Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. raw rice
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. meat or shrimp, browned
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

In large skillet, heat oil and cook rice until golden.
Stir in soup mix, water, soy sauce and browned meat.
Simmer for 25 minutes or until water is absorbed and rice is tender.
Make a hollow in the center of the rice and quickly stir eggs into it until set.
Mix with rice.
