Chicken Fried Steak Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak, tenderized
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 can beef broth
    flour
    salt
    pepper
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut steak into serving size pieces. Mix enough flour, salt and pepper to coat meat.
    Mix eggs and milk.
    Dredge meat through flour; dip into egg and milk, then back into flour.
    Brown in skillet with oil.
    In 9 x 13-inch pan, break onion slices into rings and spread out in pan.
    Cover with browned steak pieces and pour beef broth over all.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
