Onion Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. milk
    onions, sliced 1/4 inch thick
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and shortening together. Stir in eggs and milk. Dip sliced onions. Cook in hot grease (375\u00b0) until golden brown.
