Cheese Pecan Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 tsp. grated pickle
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Reserve 1/2 cup pecans; place on waxed paper.
    Thoroughly mix all ingredients and shape into oblong roll.
    Roll in remainder of pecans.
    Can be refrigerated or served immediately.
    Serve with crackers.
    For best flavor, make one day in advance.
