Halakahiki Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. \"fully cooked\" smoked pork sausage links
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
    1 (12 oz.) jar peach preserves
    1 (6 oz.) jar mustard (prepared)
Preparation
    Cut cooked sausage in bite-size pieces.
    Combine pineapple and syrup, preserves and mustard in saucepan.
    Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Add sausage; simmer 15 minutes.
    Turn into chafing dish.
    Serve hot.
    Serves 10 to 12.
