No Crust Apple Nut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 c. sliced apples, peeled
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Combine egg and sugar.
    Stir in next 5 ingredients (with spoon, no mixer).
    Spoon into pie plate (greased and floured). Top with cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Bake 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven. Serve
    warm with ice cream. Serves 6.
