Thin Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. thin spaghetti
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
    1 soup can water
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. shredded process cheese
Preparation
    Cook thin spaghetti in 3-quarts salted boiling water 8 to 10 minutes.
    Drain and rinse.
    Brown beef and cook onion and pepper in butter until vegetables are tender.
    Stir to separate meat particles.
    Add soups, water and garlic; heat.
    Blend with 1/2 cup cheese and cooked thin spaghetti in a 3-quart casserole.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbling and hot.
    Serves 4 to 6.
