Microwave Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. evaporated milk
4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. parmesan cheese-optional
Preparation

In microwave safe dish, combine soup and milk until blended. Stir in the potatoes, cheddar cheese, onion, salt and pepper. Cover and cook in microwave on high for 10 minutes.
Stir.
Cook for 10-12 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.
Stir and sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired.
