Chinese Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chicken broth
    4 Tbsp. honey
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    5 1/2 to 6 lb. baby back spareribs
    6 scallions, chopped
Preparation
    Brown spareribs and separate.
    Mix the rest of the ingredients together.
    Place browned spareribs in wok or large frypan.
    Pour the mixed ingredients over the ribs and cook, covered, for about 15 minutes.
    Turn and continue cooking for about 15 minutes or until the mixture is cooked down and glazes the ribs.
