Katie Jo Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1 medium onion
dash of pepper
10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
32 oz. frozen hash browns or 8 c. peeled and cubed potatoes
3 c. Rice Krispies
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients.
Stir in potatoes and cheese. Top with Rice Krispies mixed with margarine.
Bake in greased casserole at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
