Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    2 cans refried beans
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 jar sliced jalapenos
    16 oz. or larger thick salsa
    1 can sliced black olives
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Use a very large flat tray to serve.
