Bread Pudding #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    little salt, optional
    quart of warm milk (more or less depends how custardy you like it)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped or whole raisins, optional
Preparation
    Butter or spray a baking dish.
    Add all mixed ingredients. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with cream or plain.
