Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage
1/2 c. onion
1/3 c. green pepper
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. flour
1 deep dish pie crust
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. evaporated milk
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Brown sausage; drain.
Reserve 2 tablespoons of fat.
Saute onions and pepper in fat for 2 or 3 minutes.
Combine cheese and flour.
Stir in sausage, pepper and onion.
Spread in pie crust shell.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour into shell.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until you can tell it is set in the center. Bake at 375\u00b0.
