Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large Baked Potatoes
    1 c. Cottage Cheese
    2 tsp. Chives
    1 tsp. Salt
    1/2 c. Cheese (Grated)
    1/2 Stick margarine
    2 Tbsp. Mayonaise
    3 Tbsp. Milk
    1/4 tsp. Pepper
Preparation
    1. Remove potato pulp from halved potatoes. Reserve skins. 2. Mix pulp, margarine, milk, mayonaise, cottage cheese, chives, salt, and pepper together.
    3. Spoon mixture into potatoes skins and sprinkle cheese
    on top.
    4.eat oven to 400\u00b0. Cook for 20 minutes.
