Wine Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 box vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. sherry
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. confectioners sugar
3 Tbsp. orange juice
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Combine cake mix, pudding, oil, sherry and nutmeg.
Beat in eggs one at a time.
Bake in tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
Remove from pan.
Mix confectioners sugar, orange juice and oil.
Drizzle over cake while cake is still warm.
Moist cake; freezes well.
