Baked Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. scallops
    1 egg
    2 tsp. water
    salt and pepper
    Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Wash and dry scallops.
    Beat egg, water, salt and pepper.
    Dip scallops in this mixture, then roll in crushed crackers.
    Place scallops in buttered pie plate.
    Pour melted butter over scallops and bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Delicious!
